Jeff has over 25 years of experience in project management in the heavy civil, energy and buildings market sectors including public-private partnerships and design-build Mega-Projects across North America.  Jeff is an experienced developer, general contractor, subcontractor, developer, arbitrator/neutral/adjudicator, referee, party representative, litigation consultant and expert witness.  Jeff has led resolution of, or served as the neutral on, many disputes ranging from under $100 Thousand to over $750 Million. Jeff serves owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Jeff’s experience includes light rail transit, tunneling, elevated guideways, buildings, roads and bridges, mine sites, wastewater treatment facilities, water transmission and distribution, storm drainage systems, sewer, refineries, power transmission, high-rises, hospitals, research and institutional facilities, and site reclamation.  As Project Director, Jeff has overseen some of the world’s landmark projects including the $6 Billion LAX Automated People Mover Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain P3 mega-project and the $2.2 Billion, 6.4 million square feet, LAX ConRAC Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain P3 mega-project (the second largest concrete structure in the U.S. behind only second to the Pentagon) for Los Angeles World Airports.
